Alix Wagner is a PhD candidate in the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences & Technology Medical Engineering and Medical Physics (MEMP) PhD Program. Prior to joining TTDD, she studied biomedical engineering at Georgia Tech with a focus on studying the ethical, political, and sociological implications of biomedical research. She plans to focus her time in the TTDD towards developing medical devices with a particular interest toward limited-resource clinical settings. Outside of the lab, Alix is a triathlete and is training for an Ironman. She also enjoys cooking, reading, watching/playing sports, and spending time outdoors.
